Simply ad our plug n play Key Throttle and Upgraded Controller to your 1000 watt Cruzin Cooler and your in for some fun,if you like POWER!

If your under 18 you need to make sure your parents are ok with your purchase..Your Cruzin Cooler will do rolling wheelies if your sitting too far back..The throttle is much more responsive and the controller is setup higher than factory ratings..You gain more torque and speed..The Tri-Max throttle is super nice as it monitors the batteries so much better instead of just full and dead it reads dead-25%-50%-75%-100% and its much more comfortable and it now has a built in key so no more reaching back..Your on/off switch will no longer be used..Always shut the cooler off when you get off the cooler for safety as its easy to hit the throttle while pushing,pulling or lifting it..

                     ---------Be VERY careful until you get used to it!-----------

If you get this setup and find it hard to take off without pulling the front tire up off the ground it just takes a little practice so don't worry,you will get used to it, but I suggest you never allow ANYONE to ride it without adding our power adjuster to turn it down..

We are working on wheelie bars so keep your eyes open or save us to your favorites..

Your issue is not only the quality but it is the way it plugs into the controller..it plugs in and is not a tight conection which means resistance,heat and spark which WILL lead to failure..My fix-My controller with new ends color coded for easy install.. 

We suggest and send heat shrink butt connectors for the motor as you will notice yours is most likely warped,I will send you quick plug connectors for the charger,power,throttle and brake wires and a extra motor connection for your warped one incase you want to keep the plug.. 

This is for one new performance/replacement speed controller for the 36 volt 750 watt cruzin cooler or scooter,these last and wont fail you.. 

These controllers are rated to 900 Watts so they run cooler and have a option to add a brake light by just plugging in any 36 volt 2 wire brake light.if you would like to ad a prewired LED brake light kit,just ad $10 for shipping and ill send you one. 

These are not from cruzin cooler but these work better and more efficiently.. 

The issue with the 51 series controllers controllers is the resistance heat that builds from the loose connections that the cruzin Coolers have..They use computer plugs and connect right to the controller so every bump you hit rattles the connector that is right at the computer board with solder under it,thats why the controllers mostly fail plus you loose power..when wires come out of the controller the connectors move but the wire absorbs the bump..

if your switch plate in the rear is just a little bigger than the switches (5 1/2 x 2) then you have a 51 series,the 50 series has a switch plate that is 6 1/2 inches x 8 inches.. 

Once its installed you will have less resistance,less heat and more power & your controller will actually last and feel the difference.

This controller has got alot of great feedback from my buyers..They all notice a BIG difference in power just by adding my controller..But its all controlled by you.

This is the exact replacement for the 500 watt 50 models except mine will give you a bit more power,last longer and it also has a 2 wire plug for a brake light,just plug in any 24 volt brake light and your done,how cool is that!!

 The cruzin cooler controllers are the most common issues with cruzin coolers and scooters,if they stop working and the batteries are good then most likely your controller burnt out..

These are not from Cruzin Cooler but these are modified to be a exact replacement for the 500 watt 50 series,just unplug your old one and plug this one in. 

These work on the 50 series with no modifications needed,if you have a 51 you will have to hard wire it in but dont worry it comes with dirrections and its better when its hard wired in..

You have a 50 series if your stainless plate around your rear switches is bigger than 6x2 inches.

I personally own 5 cruzin Coolers and I know what works and what dont..This also comes with install directions..

This is the fix for your 300 watt cruzin cooler..Cooler lights all on but no power?..Another BAD controller is to blame.. FITS 50 SERIES PERFECT,IF YOU HAVE A 51 SERIES YOU MUST LET US KNOW.

The factory controller is small,under rated and mounted in the back where the heat builds up and no cool air to help cool it.. 

This controller is bigger,better and rated way above the needs of your 300 watt, so it stays cool.. 

This controller mounts,with supplied screws,right next to the side vent to keep it cool and the best part is it plugs right into the 50 series cooler and it has a option to ad a brake light by simply plugging in any 2 wire 24v brake light or simply buy it now and request a total and ill ad $10 to your bill and send you 2 super bright LED lights with chrome housings that fit into the 2 holes that held you old controller on! 

If you have a 51 series let me know and ill include a couple connectors and plastic clip to make it work but its not a plug n play you will have to but connect the power and motor wires and ad some ends and connectors but dont fear,im here to help.

   This is a brand new Trimax throttle with matching firm grip for your Cruzin Cooler Scooter.Yes these will fit the 250,300,500 or 750 watt Cruzin Coolers but you need to let us know which one you have..

These work with the 750 watt 36 volt units (also works with our performance kits that turn your scooter into 36 volt)..

 They plug right into the 50 series but have to be hard wired to the 51 series but it comes with directions.
